This starter will fit most 4 cylinder, 6 cylinder, and 8 cylinder mercruiser inboard engines with a straight bolt pattern! These new starters replace the old style large mercruiser starters. They are smaller and higher torque. The old style large starters are no longer available. It is recommended you check your bolt pattern before ordering to ensure proper fitment.
