For more info call 931-589-2352 Central time 7 am to 7 pm! Mercruiser Type Alpha One Generation 1 Gen 2 Two New Shift Cable E/Z-Glide Pre Free Shipping in the US! International shipping $10.00 WOW! I have been selling these with my bellows sets and well, NO COMPLAINTS! This Auction is for 1 shift cable with ends! From 1963 up to date and it is for all Mercruiser boats except Bravo’s. So this is for type 1, pre alpha, alpha 1 gen 1 & gen 2. This runs from engine to drive. (Through Transom) About 6 foot standard! I call this an E/Z Glide Cable! These cables have a nylon or teflon coating that makes them easily glide through outer casing for smooter operation! Please read on, it is in your best interest! These are also listed in my ebay store for $65.00 so dont wait. Ok to begin with Mercruiser is a sub-division of Mercury so I will call the parts Mercruiser, Mercury actually has the reference of outboard motors and Mercruiser is I/O (inboard/outboard) Either way they are connected! I have tried about all the aftermarket brands and of course, OEM Mercruiser could be the best if they don’t run out of stock and substitute aftermarket. You have to remember that Mercruiser (by law) can put their brand name on anything because they have had the original copyright. I am seeing either Mercruiser or Boat manufactures do this starting in the last 5 years. I don’t know who is to blame but more and more I am seeing aftermarket parts installed on new boats and people are calling me more and more for my older refurbished parts because the new so called OEM parts are failing. All the smaller parts are Stainless Steel, Aluminum, Brass, Graphite, Plastic and the inner cable is stainless steel drive end and nylon coated steel with the outer cable shield made of what looks like plastic & nylon coated steel. So all water exposed areas are coated. Never put grease or oil in these or any cable it will gum up in a short time. As I said I have tried almost all the aftermarket brands and there is something about all of them I don’t like. I will not mention brand names! But some brands use a regular steel wire for lock down at drive end, some use standard steel fork ends for shifting linkage or the cable is steel and uncoated. So here is what I have done. I rebuild hundreds of gimbals a year and so my experience is passed on to you. I buy these in bulk from 2 different aftermarket companies and I use the good parts from both of the companies to make what I am calling these Easy Glide shift cables. These are as close to the quality of OEM as I can get without the cost of OEM Mercruiser! Of course I can’t pay for 2 shift cables to make 1 set so what I do is keep the parts from 2 to sell to my customers and the parts I don’t like I make kits and sell them in bulk (100 lots Cheaper $50+shipping) to Marina’s, eBay sellers and other aftermarket dealers. So you will see my rejects being resold. If you want a 100 lot message me. I can post on eBay! My rejects are as stated $50+ shipping and the high quality for lots of 100 are $60 plus shipping! If you are looking for tips and or bellows check my other items in my eBay store! There is a big problem on the net and eBay now. A new manufacturer is selling great bellows sets cheap but they are using magnetic screw clamps and they will rust/corrode and fall off in a few years’ time. End result is your boat sinks! Beware! I would like to say it is the cheaper bellows sets but some sellers want more so it can be any aftermarket set that I don’t sell. I won’t sell them. If you are an international buyer and want more than 4, message me for a cheaper shipping quote. International Buyers Import duties, taxes, and charges are not included in the item price or shipping cost. These charges are the buyer's responsibility. Please check with your country's customs office to determine what these additional costs will be prior to bidding or buying. These customs/duty charges are different for all different countries and sometimes it is not applied. You should always consider they will be implemented so you are prepared. I ship everything internationally USPS postal service and I have no idea how it will arrive in your country. Please do NOT ask me to ship as gift or send a lower invoice amount, If you can’t afford your countries duty/customs fees please don’t buy from me. It is illegal for me to ship a paid for item as a gift and I will not lie for anyone and state a lower price.

Fiat 500 1957 Edition revealed ahead of LA Auto Show
Thu, 14 Nov 2013While American teenagers were cruising around in finned interstate crushers, Europeans of all ages were discovering the wonder of automobile ownership thanks to the tiny, affordable Fiat Nuova 500, introduced to a car-hungry public in 1957. The little two-cylinder city car was a smash hit, with 3,893,294 built before production ended in 1975. Fiat 500 production resumed in 2007, but the new car was vastly different from the original: Its engine gained two cylinders and moved to the front of the car, while its footprint, though diminutive by American standards, positively dwarfs that of its predecessor.
Hyundai HCD-14 Genesis is the ‘Most Significant Concept Vehicle of 2013′
Sun, 07 Jul 2013The Hyundai HCD-14 (pictured) is the most significant concept car of 2013 Hyundai does do good concept cars, and they do have a bit of a track record of taking more of what a concept promises through to production than many other car makers. Like the i-Flow that turned in to the Hyundai i40. So the news that a Hyundai concept has grabbed the gong for the most significant concept car of 2013 does auger well for a future where the Hyundai HCD-14 Genesis actually turns in to the next Genesis, with much of what the concept offers still recognisable.
VW Golf R Cabriolet (2013) first official pictures

First seen at the 2011's Worthersee enthusiast show, the new Golf R Cabriolet packs the same 266bhp engine as its hard-top sister, but loses its all-wheel drive underpinnings. It's now a front-driver, like a regular Golf GTI.
