Condition:For parts or not working

I bought this engine from a buddy for the mounting bracket for my 9.9. When I first saw it, it was lying on its back and had no choke nob or seal so I told him to cover so it wouldn't get rain in it. When I got it I notice it had no airbox either so any  rain water would of had a direct shot into the engine through the carb. When I pulled the plugs they had this funk of oil mixture and slime all over the electrodes so I know water got into it at least a little bit. I fogged the cylinders good let it sit and compression tested it the next day 3 times. All 3 tests produced 150 on 1 and 140 on the other. It was never locked up pulled over felt great. Good for parts rebuild or maybe get lucky clean it up and use as is. sold as is payment due within 24hrs of purchase questions Vince 302 379 5404
