NO ELECTRICAL, NO FUEL, NO IGNITION LONGBLOCK ONLY. Removed from a running 2007 Verado 275 Outboard with 660 hrs on it (See pics for motor id numbers).  This is a used powerhead with excellent compression and ready to bolt on. Our research has shown it will fit approx. 2006-2011 Verado 6-Cyl Outboards in 200 thru 300hp. May also fit additional models, please do your own research or ask your mechanic or dealer to insure fitment before purchasing. It is ready for you to move the electronics and accessories off of your motor onto this long block (block, crankshaft, pistons & cylinder head).  This motor came in as the middle of triple motors...we are selling the running pair of  25" motor and decided to part-out the center motor which is what this is.  All 3 of the motors were in great shape and had 660hrs with only approx. 250hrs at operating rpm (above 1,500rpm).  Please call with questions.  Please come by the shop to see the motor for yourself and/or call with any questions!

Condition: Used in excellent physical and cosmetic condition.  Was removed from a running 2007 Verado 275hp. Motor was run before disassembly and compression tested which was within factory specs..

Lotus's new 2010 Elise dips below 150g/km of CO2

Fri, 09 Apr 2010

By Tim Pollard First Official Pictures 09 April 2010 07:53 The new facelifted 2011 model year Lotus Elise has cut its CO2 output by nearly a fifth to a saintly 149g/km.It's a 16% improvement over the outgoing Lotus Elise S and Hethel claims 'the Elise has the lowest CO2 for its performance level for any gasoline sports car in the world.' Lotus is getting combative with the new Elise, pointing out that the Elise weighs just 876kg – while the Porsche Boxster sends the scales spinning to 1334kg.So how come the new Lotus Elise is so clean? The aerodynamics are 4% smoother, according to Lotus, while a smaller Toyota 1.6-litre VVT-i engine is downsized by 200cc compared with the outgoing 1.8, yet produces the same power. The new 2011 model year (but on sale now in 2010) shows the benefits of lightweight: it'll hit 60mph in 6.0sec.
