After-Market Cowl Seal for Recoil Starter - Replaces 65499 1

Give your starter assembly a much needed upgrade with a new Cowl Seal. Designed to fit Mercury Starter Housing 91871A1 starter housing, it will fit older models too from around 1972 onwards.

Please check your unit requires this seal before purchasing.

A worn or damaged Cowl Seal  potentially allows harmful contamination of your starter assembly and outboard with dust, grime and water.

Fitting a new seal is easy and removes these issues immediately.
