We accept returns for a refund if the item is shipped back within 14 days of delivery.  Due to our fluctuating inventory, we cannot do exchanges, however, you can buy the desired item separately and I will refund the original item when it is returned.  Returned items must be in new, unused condition, and with tags, if applicable.  Additional shipping fees may apply.  Although not likely and very rare, if there is ever an error on our part or a manufacturing defect with your order, we will gladly cover any shipping expenses.

We check eBay messages frequently, multiple items a day. Feel free to message me if you have any questions or concerns.  Please use eBay messages to contact us instead of regular email, because it's checked more often and less likely to be lost.
