The Meziere 100
Series starters provide torque and spin speed characteristics that far surpass
most gear reduction starters. Although they do not have a Meziere in-house
drive they are, nonetheless a great economical solution for many applications. Well known among
today's racers is the pain of starter failure. Because Meziere is involved in
the high performance automotive industry, they know the trouble that
enthusiasts are having and they try extremely hard to make products that are
needed but unavailable. Their starters are tested to the extreme and are not
sold until everything is right. Standard testing includes amp draw, power and
rotational speed under load, as well as free rev testing to ensure proper
balance of internal rotating parts. Meziere is raising the industry standard to
bring you truly trouble-free parts for your vehicle. The 100 Series “True
Start” starter will do well on any normally aspirated engine up to 427 cubic
inches. They have been useful in engines with larger displacement when
compression ratios are limited. A powerful motor provides 20% more power than
any Hitachi based starter. Technical

Audi A4 Allroad quattro ready to roll
Sun, 15 Feb 2009The Audi A4 Allroad quattro - launches at Geneva in March [ad#ad-1] It looks like Geneva is going to be more of a highlight than the recent Detroit Motor Show, which turned in to something of a sombre occasion. No surprise really, considering the US auto industry is in the worst shape of any in the world (been there, done that – remember BL in the ’70s?). But Europe, despite the current economic woes, makes the best cars in the world, and is going to be out in force in March.
