The Meziere 100 Series starters provide torque and spin speed characteristics that far surpass most gear reduction starters. Although they do not have a Meziere in-house drive they are, nonetheless a great economical solution for many applications.

The 100 Series “True Start” starter will do well on any normally aspirated engine up to 427 cubic inches. They have been useful in engines with larger displacement when compression ratios are limited. A powerful motor provides 20% more power than any Hitachi based starter.
