Return policy details:RETURNS: With regard to returns, any return must be done within 14 days or less from receipt of item. All items must be returned for inspection at the cost of the buyer before a refund may be granted. All items shipped back for return or exchange must be in original condition as received by buyer. The original tags must be attached and still in original NEW undamaged/unopened packaging.
In the event that a refund is granted, all returns are subject to a 25% restocking fee except those found to be defective or those that did not meet the stated description. In the event an incorrect or defective item has been received, the correct item will ship once the wrong item has been returned and inspected. If we cannot replace the item, a full refund will be issued. International customers are responsible for all shipping charges (both ways, no exceptions) for any defective item!
EXCHANGES: With regard to size exchanges, we handle each item on a case by case basis, so please contact us and we will be more than happy to help you get the correct size if you originally ordered the incorrect size.
