                  The purchaser, including a purchaser for resale, understands and agrees that the used truck(s), or other item purchased hereunder will be sold on an “AS ISâ€� basis. Notwithstanding anything to the contrary herein or otherwise stated in writing or orally by an employee or agent of seller.  The purchaser understands and agrees that the seller makes no warranty (written, oral, or implied, and expressly makes no warranty of merchantability or fitness for purpose) on the trucks(s) or other item purchased. Custom rims, if supplied, are sold with a clear understanding that the seller shall have no liability and the buyer fully indemnifies the seller with regard to these items. Any parts expressly approved for return by Eastern Surplus will carry a restocking fee of 30%.   Purchaser must request return authorization within 30 days of the date of receipt of item(s).  Returns must be received by seller within 5 business days of providing return approval.  At the seller’s discretion one of the following will be issued: 1) Refund of the purchase price (not including shipping and handling) less a 30% restocking fee OR 2) Store Credit (not including shipping and handling) less a 30% restocking fee at our discretion.  Returns approved for store credit are not eligible for monetary refund.  Return shipping costs will be the responsibility of customer.  No returns on electric/electronic components without express written approval from Eastern Surplus.

           All taxes now or hereafter imposed upon the sale of the vehicle(s) or other item specified herein shall be paid by the purchaser.  In no event shall the seller be liable for consequential damages, including, but not limited to, loss of income. 

The U.S. Export Regulations mandate that a Destination Control Statement be made a part of this transaction:

Mercedes has now sent us a big photo gallery of the SLS AMG Gullwing But Mercedes has now released all the official images, so we thought you ought to get to judge the whole deal for yourself. The leaked images we had looked much better than we’d expected, and the SLS does look good – a sort of Z4 on steroids mixed with design cues from the original 300SL Gullwing. But even though the SLS will be at Frankfurt next week it won’t be launched until 2011.

Volvo to skip Tokyo Motor Show
