The merchandise I sell (not all of it) came from Commercial Shop's, Industrial Sale's, Bank Repossession, Estate's and Government Surplus Auctions and my Parent's Basement. Please keep in mind that what I sell is in USED condition unless stated otherwise. I make an effort to describe, in detail, the condition of each product I sell to the best of my ability.  I try to do my best to give the most accurate description of the items I sell. I take the Picture's, I make the Listing's, and I Package the Item/Items. I do not use stock photos, the picture's you see are of the item(s) that you are purchasing or bidding on. Please do not make assumptions. Contact me with any questions.

PAYMENT: Your bid indicates your agreement to purchase the Item. I only accept PayPal, Or Payment of cash. Payment of Cash must be made in person. No checks will be accepted per EBay policy. When Paying via PayPal, please be sure you have a confirmed address.  If an address is unconfirmed, I will deny your Payment. I like to hear from winning bidders within 12 Hours from the end of the auction, also would like to receive Payment within 24 Hours of auction ending.

SHIPPING:  Purchases are shipped with the United States Postal Service/FedEx or UPS. Due to PayPal’s Seller Protection Policy I can only ship the item to the address that is listed on the PayPal receipt, so do not ask me to ship the item to any other address than the one on the PayPal receipt. Buyer pays all shipping costs. Your purchase will be packaged with care and will survive typical rough handling. Although I aim to assure safety with a well packaged parcel, once it is in transit, it is out of my control and thus, I cannot accept responsibility for the very rare occurrence of damage or loss by USPS/FedEx or UPS.  I Ship your purchase on the first business day after payment confirmation. All Purchases can also be picked up at my address.

 FREIGHT SHIPPING: I use whatever buyer prefers for my Freight shipments. If the item is being shipped Freight please include complete address to ship to, Phone number, whether the address is Residential or Commercial, if a loading dock and a Fork Lift Truck is available. If you do not have a loading dock or a fork lift truck, then a lift gate truck while be required.  All this information is needed promptly, to speed up the Quote process and prevent delays in shipping the item.

 INTERNATIONAL BIDDERS:  I accept only PayPal as payment from International Bidders. International Bidders when you purchase an item from littlmarie either by auction or from littlmaries warehouse of stuff there is a No Refund No Return Policy due to so many problems with customs and buyers not receiving there item. International buyer you are buying understanding that once I receive confirmation of payment I will provide a tracking number. That shows I have delivered your purchase to the USPS/FedEx/UPS that is when the No Refund No Return Policy will take effect and under no circumstance are you able to get a refund of your money. Sorry but that is just how it has to be. There is a NO REFUND NO RETURN Policy on all and any International sale.

 INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING: I ship using the Global Shipping when possible. If Shipping International you need to contact me for Shipping costs before paying. Import duties, taxes, and any other charges are not included in the item price or Shipping cost.  I only use a few  shipping options but due to PayPal’s Seller Protection Policy, if an item sells for $250.00 or more then the item must be shipped by Express Mail.  Express mail requires the item to be fully insured, requires a confirmation delivery signature, and will provide tracking. Express mail provides $100.00 of insurance at no additional cost. Any sale above $100.00 will have final insurance costs calculated at the end of the sale; do not make payment until I contact you I say this because using the Global Shipping Program Ebay does not allow use to send invoices. Also if you want or need insurance please email me before payment is made so I can adjust the shipping cost if necessary and reissue you a corrected amount for shipping.

 CUSTOMS DELAYS: Any and All International shipment can be delayed by customs. I cannot be held responsible for shipping delays due to customs or any other circumstance that are beyond my control.

 RETURNS:  Returns are only granted if product received is not as represented.  If a return is granted, item must be received by seller prior to issuance of a refund. All Returns must contact me within 24 Hours from when your package was delivered. All Returns must be sent back with all of the items that were delivered in your purchase. The Return must be packaged the same way as it was when it was delivered. The Return must have a tracking number with the Return. All Returns must be in the mail within 72 Hours of noticing me about the Return. There is a 20% restock fee on all items Returned. All Returned items will be refunded within 3 business days from which item was received back to the seller.

 FEEDBACK: Feedback is a very important part of eBay. If you have a problem with your purchase please contact me ASAP before leaving Feedback so we can work out the problem.  I have made mistakes before and in the past and have corrected them so please let me know if you have any problems with your purchase. I prefer that you leave a Positive Feedback first this tells me you have received your item(s) and that you are happy with your purchase. I can understand that since you have spent your money if you prefer me to leave positive feedback first I will upon your request I will leave positive feedback first.
