A common problem with the PTO gears is that the seal fails and the oil goes into the supercharger. Once there is no oil in the compartment, the gears go dry and then need replacement. This kit will take care of that problem. We are still working on gaskets and the spring loaded seal.

We also offer rebuild services as well as powder coatings. Email us for quotes.

This kit includes the following;

***Large PTO Gear*** Smaller PTO Gear***4 Oz. of Oil***Shaft Seal*** Small Needle Bearing***Bolt & Washers for intstallation of smaller Gear***Magnetic Oil Plug***

Suzuki Swift SZ-L launched

Wed, 02 Sep 2009

Suzuki has launched a new Limited Edition Swift - the Suzuki Swift SZ-L The SZ-L is designed to offer a more economical option to the usual 1.5 litre lump, and substitutes it with a 1.3 litre, 93bhp engine from the Swift GL, which delivers 0-60mph in 11.0 seconds, 48.7 mpg and CO2 emissions of 140g/km which isn’t actually too shoddy. To make this limited edition SZ-L, Suzuki are throwing in a few tweaks and some toys to make the package more appealing. You get AirCon, a choice of new metallic colours, some extra chrome bits and an upgrade or two for the interior.

Concept Car of the Week: Toyota EX-1 (1969)

Fri, 17 Jan 2014

Back in the 60s, Toyota launched a few iconic sports cars such as the 800 and the gorgeous 2000 GT. Not happy to have created automotive perfection with the latter, the Japanese brand went on to explore even more extravagant shapes and unveiled the first of the EX concepts series in 1969. While its bold lines are truly Japanese, the EX-1 looked like the missing link between the fast silhouette of a 1967 Maserati Ghibli and the hairy-chested heft of a Dodge Challenger.

Design Services: Car Menu launched

Wed, 18 May 2005

Within almost every automotive design department throughout the world, their comes a time when a junior designer is dispatched to find a picture of some new model's tail lamp, the side view of a particular class leading competitor or examples of several new cars' colour and trim packages. Whilst looking at the competition is not necessarily a healthy way of finding ideas, it is often essential to demonstrate what is feasible, check in-house proposals are not too derivative, or show how advanced a design theme is relative to the same type of cars on the market. But even if the particular aspect of a car can be found, press packs and magazines typically show cars in the flattering light of an exotic location or being drifted around a corner on opposite lock; rarely are these images particularly useful.
