package must be inspected upon delivery ; if part arrives damaged during shipping please do not use return center giving reason "doesn't work/doesn't fit" or "not as described" as i will not be able process it then but please contact me immediately (within 3 days) so i may assist you with filing a claim against the shipping company that is responsible for package during shipping - all packages are insured ;

there is 14 days for any warranty claim starting on delivery date ;

this part has been checked/tested before and after removal and confirmed to be in 100% good working condition, donor was running and driving, there were absolutely no CELs or any issues with it ;

it is unfortunately very common for buyers to accidentally shortout electric part - that is why this part must be installed by an ASE certified mechanic - this is a requirement for any return to be accepted within 14 days starting on day of delivery - a signed paid receipt and a statement from mechanic doing the installation (with picture of my part and all my untempered marking on it) on company's letterhead stating that part with my marking on it was defective will be required upon requesting any warranty replacements ;

all parts that are returned that are not defective will have 35% restocking fee (which is not seller's profit but it has already covered the cost of handling, packing and shipping of good correct part to the buyer);

there are absolutely no returns when you buy incorrect part or just change your mind so please send me digital picture of VIN of your vehicle before making a purchase and i will do my best to assist you ;

buyer is responsible to ship the part back to the seller ;

part must be returned in same condition and fully assembled (i must receive back all parts that have been included in sale, matching original pictures in listing) ;

The work developed from a briefing by the FIAT Advanced Design Centre, taking into consideration the dimensional and content restrictions. Public policy and the ultimate impact it has on consumers' cars was the hot topic on Thursday at the Washington auto show, as companies vied to show off and explain their latest fuel-efficient technologies under the watchful eyes of regulators and government officials. Notably, Chevrolet announced plans to roll out an "Ecologic" environmental label on the 2012 Sonic, with other vehicles to follow. Sort of like nutrition labels for food, Chevy's version will explain the environmental impact of cars throughout their life cycles.
