We have a great repair/maintenance manual for your consideration today. It is the 350 page, Haynes automotive repair manual (soft cover--measures 10 1/2" x 8 1/2" and is 3/4" thick) that covers the 1983 thru 1993 mitsubishi pick-ups and Montero. All gasoline engine models. It is a little shop-worn and has some dog eared pages, but is in good useable condition. Contains all the info you might need for maintenance and repairs on these models (even to look up part numbers) including engine capacities dimentions and weights, and full schematics on electrical systems. Covers engine, transmission, clutch, braking system, driveshafts, suspension and steering, emission controls etc,,,, even bodywork! Good to have around if you service these models! According to BMW, the 316d emits under 120g/km CO2, and sips fuel at a rate of 62.8mpg, giving it a theoretical range of over 800 miles on a single tank. It might say 316d on the boot badge, but the engine under the bonnet is actually a 2.0-litre diesel.

CDN caught up with the accomplished artist, sculptor, clothing and furniture designer at his annual Designer's Night bash in Detroit, where he told us how he was now "free to do anything", but would not divulge details as the announcement was not yet official. A native New Yorker, Pardo graduated from the Center for Creative Studies in Detroit and was granted the Industrial Design Society of America Merit Award in 1985.
