THE TWO HOLES ARE COUNTER SUNK AND EDGES ARE ROUTERED FOR A NICE FINISH. IT'S A HIGH QUALITY STARBOARD MATERIAL. Attendance, at 6,000, was up again this year; there was a record number of entries, and attendees could park their rides in car corrals that surrounded the show grounds. "To drive up in your Cobra, Mustang or Mini and then nose up 10 feet from a Duesenberg or a Bugatti is pretty cool," said Tom Jones, event chairman.

Wed, 19 Feb 2014Aston Martin will show off special new versions of the V8 Vantage and the DB9 at the 2014 Geneva Motor Show in March. The updates to the two model ranges are very different in character, however. The V8 Vantage N430 is a race-inspired special with more power and less weight – not to mention a somewhat shouty paint job – while the DB9 Carbon Black and Carbon White models are intended to bring a little extra luxury and style to the British marque’s Grand Touring model.

Yes, they’ve made things more difficult for themselves by not having team orders, but a one-two from Vettel and Webber – with Vettel ahead – ties up the constructors world championship in Red Bull’s favour, but leaves the drivers’ championship open. If Red Bull had taken a leaf out of the Ferrari book of driver management – or frankly any other experienced team at this stage of the championship – they would have had Vettel give way to Webber and left themselves at the top of the drivers championship just a point behind third place Alonso going in to the last race.
