Water pump for Model T Ford.  This appears to be an original pump with much of the original green paint still intact.  this pump works perfectly.  I ran it on my 1926 touring car for over a year.   I removed it because the car was running too cool due to a new radiator.   It is marked "Savage" and is equipped with a brace which fits through one of the bolt holes in the oil pan to engine block making it very stable.  It also has a fan belt guide which  bolts to the front of the pan/block and totally prevents the fan belt from walking off the pulley.   This is a first class, well made pump.   It has holes to bolt on 1926/27 horn.   This green color may be to match the late Model T engine color but that is just speculation.   Postage $26.50 to US bidders.

No special purchase schemes for electric Golf

Wed, 06 Aug 2014

VOLKSWAGEN has announced that the electric-driven e-Golf will be sold just like any other Golf. The company will not separate battery rental from the purchase of the car, unlike Renault's approach with the Zoe, meaning that customers who buy the e-Golf will also be buying the batteries. There will be no special incentives like access to other Volkswagen cars for a limited number of days per year, which is a scheme in place with the electric-powered BMW i3.

Camouflaged 2012 Jaguar XF It only seems like five minutes since Jaguar started its style Renaissance with the very good Jaguar XF. Gone was the pastiche of past glories – the Jaguar S Type – and in came a perfect rendition of a contemporary, 21st century Jaguar. Jaguar dared to shed the shackles of its past to produce a cool and contemporary car, which has shown that Jaguar can still make one of the best ‘Executive Expresses’ in the world.
