You are bidding on a Mopar Carter Thermoquad 4 bbl carb. I have no idea if this works or not, I would put a rebuild kit in it if I was going to use it. I bought a huge lot of parts and this was in the lot. Numbers on Carb are 41 / 6-2652 / 9134s / 35477 /. Butterflies open and close freely. I did remove a piece on the side to get it into a flat rate shipping box, I took pics of the piece I removed, just one bolt held this piece on and it is in the box. SOLD AS IS, as I am sure it will need a rebuild kit. Free Shipping!!

Lucky winner pays $0.00 shipping within the US. Paypal only. PAYMENT MUST BE RECIEVED WITHIN 5 days or I reserve the right to relist item and will file a claim for non payment.

I will leave feedback after feedback is left for me, that way I can make sure you are happy with your purchase and any problems can be addressed

Porsche Macan ‘FAILS’ Moose Test – but there’s a reason (+video)

Wed, 15 Oct 2014

The Porsche Macan locks its front brake in the Moose Test The Moose (or Elk) test is a maneuverability and stability test commonly carried out in cold countries to test the behaviour of cars when subject to extreme avoidance tests – such as when trying to miss a Moose that’s wandered in to the road. The Moose Test is probably best remembered as the potential downfall of the original Mercedes A Class, when Teknikens Värld  Magazine conducted a test on the then very new – and groundbreaking – high-riding A-Class, when it rolled over and cost Mercedes a small fortune in re-engineering to restore safety credibility to the A-Class. Now it’s Porsche’s turn to come under the spotlight after Teknikens Värld ran a test on a Macan S Diesel that exhibited some strange behaviour during the test.

Carbon-fiber parts and a software fix help create a lighter, faster Fiat

Mon, 19 Mar 2012

Chrysler Group's Mopar parts brand and Italian supplier Magneti Marelli have teamed up on a design exercise based on the 2012 Fiat 500 Abarth that shaved weight and added horsepower. The vehicle, called the Venom, has a number of carbon fiber components -- hood and side mirrors, for example -- that makes it about 200 pounds lighter than the 2,512-pound Abarth. The Venom uses software updates and additional exhaust components to boost the Abarth's standard 160-hp 1.4-liter turbocharged engine's output by as much as 25 percent.
