The factory Mopar Slant 6 head bolts used on the cast iron block engines have a 11/16 hex head, that measures 1/4 inch thick, with a .4365 locating "shoulder" just below the head and a .3900 diameter bolt "shank".

The bolt head has the grade 8 "six point" markings, along with a shallow recess and a "H" marking. (commonly seen head marking on these bolts, mid 1960 thru the 1970's)
"Old school" high quality cylinder head bolts that were designed to be reused.
The bolts have been cleaned, inspected & still have most of the original factory black oxide finish.

A set of bolts in great condition and ready to use. No wasted time searching for lost head bolts or cleaning-up a "rusty & crusty" set.

SEMA ups scholarship money for car-crazed college kids

Mon, 07 Jan 2013

The Specialty Equipment Market Association, better known to most of us as SEMA, has announced a hefty boost to its SEMA Memorial Scholarship Fund for 2013: The top student selected now gets $1,000 more for a total of $5,000 toward an automotive-related college education. Other eligible participants in four-year programs get $3,000—last year, they only received $2,000—and two-year students get their funds doubled to $2,000. In the Buckeye State, one lucky student at the Ohio Technical College will get complete tuition coverage, which is a cool $29,400.
