Here is a bill of sale from the 40's for Motor vehicles sold in Colorado, use your imagination how to fill it out. I have used these to get titles for 40's and 50's cars. I believe these were used until 58 but Iv'e never tried to test it. I am not guaranteeing that your DMV will accept, but I have used them myself at two different ones. 
So with that said, this is original paper from the 40's and is to be bought as a collectable. I do not and will not accept responsibility if you decide to try and fraud the government. This is a collectable!
I think these are very cool and could be added to your show display at car shows or whatever you can imagine.

Lamborghini could launch an SUV in 2017, CEO Stephan Winkelmann told a German newspaper. The Italian supercar brand will unveil a concept for the vehicle at the Beijing motor show on April 23 to test public reaction, according to a report in the German business daily Handelsblatt on Thursday. Winkelmann wants the SUV as a third model line along with the Gallardo and Aventador super cars to help make the brand profitable.
