If you intend to use it on your 2-way communication radio, we do NOT advise you to use the unit shown above because the high power output from your 2 way radio will damage it. What you need is this speaker system  , which looks similar but whose internal circuit is meant for 2 way radio.

The Garmin 2610, 2620, 2650, 2720, 2730, Quest 1 & 2 do NOT have audio output on the system. Instead, the audio socket is located on the Garmin motorcycle power lead (which is an optional accessories)

in the earpiece sculpture (remove white backing paper on earpiece to reveal the adhesive backing and fix it on the helmet).
