Mercedes GLA goes subterranean

Mon, 31 Mar 2014

FOR SUV owners looking to test their cars’ off-road credentials, the obvious place to put them to the test probably isn’t nearly 200 metres underground. But that’s exactly where the new Mercedes GLA found itself as it descended into Winsford Rock Salt Mine, 620 feet beneath the Cheshire countryside. FH Joanneum Graz - KTM project

Wed, 10 Sep 2008

Industrial Design students in the 6th term at the University for Applied Science, FH Joanneum Graz, Austria showed concepts created in a KTM-sponsored project entitled 'KTM Superbrand' earlier this summer. Unlike typical transportation projects, this project called for students to create a product that would develop the transportation brand and push it to the next level. The brief asked students to develop a '2, 3, 4 or no wheel' niche product, which translated KTM values into a world 10 years from now.

2012 Lexus GS Spy Video

Wed, 27 Jul 2011

2012 Lexus GS on track at Toyota's huge proving ground in Belgium We’ve managed to churn out a number of stories on the 2012 Lexus GS over the last few weeks as Lexus ramps up the interest in their new GS ahead of its debut at Pebble Beach in August. It all started with the Lexus LF-Gh concept at Geneva in the spring – the new GS in Concept guise –  since when our spy photographers have managed to grab shots of a disguised GS out ploughing round the Nurburgring and we’ve had a Lexus boss musing the likelihood of a Lexus GS Coupe – and an official announcement that the GS 350 will arrive at Pebble. Now we get one of the oxymorons of car PR in the internet age – the ‘Official’ Spy Video.
