·       We are not responsible for any duties or taxes imposed on this item by your country nor have any of these fees been prepaid through the purchase of this item.

·       You must be available to sign for this package or be prepared to make other delivery arrangements with the shipping company making the delivery.

·        All forward and return postage as well as fees associated with a "Return To Sender" condition will not be refunded.

·        Refund of sale will not be granted for any item returned because taxes or duties were not paid upon import.

·        Please make sure the address you have listed with eBay is correct and that you have included your phone number.

·        We cannot ship to an international address without a phone number.

RETURN OR EXCHANGE POLICY

1.  We request you contact us within 3 days of receipt (extended over holidays if item is a gift)

2.   DO NOT RETURN WITHOUT CONTACTING US FIRST.  You MUST contact us to get an RMA before returning for refund or exchange.  Not doing so will delay the processing of your refund or exchange and both will be subject to a $20 restocking fee.

3.  We do not pay any of the return or exchange shipping expenses accept in cases of manufacturer's defect.

4.   Some larger sizes may be more expensive then the smaller size you are exchanging meaning there may be a size up-charge as well

5.   Exchange shipping charge will never be more then what you originally paid.

6.   Once this is paid, we will issue you an RMA and send you the return address.

7.   All contact must be done through eBay or by phone.

FOR ITEMS WITH FREE SHIPPING - ORIGINAL SHIPPING AMOUNT WILL BE DEDUCTED FROM REFUND IF RETURNED

Exchanges after 30 days will be assessed a 25% or $20 restocking fee (whichever is greater).

NO REFUND WILL BE GRANTED IF ITEM IS NOT RECEIVED BACK WITHIN 30 DAYS.
