MSD Ignition Voltage Booster & Fuel Pump Booster For Street, Track, Off Road, Marine & Custom Applications Hi-Rev Racing's - "Black Box"
High output heavy duty and performance orientated specifically designed to increase voltage input to any MSD or CDI ignition making them operate at peak efficiency increasing the spark up to 50%. Traditional voltage in a vehicle with alternator is average 14.5V or without an alternator 10-12V which is lower than the maximum 16-18V most ignitions can operate at causing the spark not to be at 100% of it's full potential especially with high output coils. Also by installing this voltage booster on a fuel pump it will increase the output by up to 15% making the motor operate faster and at a constant RPM without any fluctuation. These are a must have for the hardcore racer looking to get the most out of a vehicle or great for most street vehicles to increase efficiency. Suitable for marine and aviation also! Custom designed to be overbuilt, extremely durable and waterproof to fit any demanding application on and off road or water
Capable of taking an input voltage range of 10-15VDC increasing the output to 16-18VDC which is adjustable. The output is 100% constant and non fluctuating based on input range even when is fluctuates creating a steady power supply making it safer for sensitive electronics and the engine operates without fluctuation which is mandatory for bracket racers. Current load is 15A 100% full duty cycle in up to 110 degree fahrenheit so if installed in a hot application make sure their is adequate air flow or use a fan. Heavy duty waterproof aluminum housing with epoxy sealed electronics so moisture is not an issue. Input and output connections are with aviation style connectors so they can not come loose and specifically designed double pin redundancy with (+) and (-) on the input and outputs having 2 electrical contact pins to ensure 100% trouble free operationFor other less demanding applications I stock other models of ignition voltage boosters to suit a wide range of ignitions, fuel pumps or any other electronics that would benefit from a constant increased power supply. These are also great to install on halogen lighting increasing the light output
NOTE-to be installed by a professional or person who is competent to install this product correctly and judge weather correct for the application. This is an aftermarket high performance device designed for racing applications so any possible damages caused by being installed incorrectly, not suited to the application or voltage adjusted incorrectly is not responsibility of Hi-Rev Racing and can not be held liable. Please contact a reputable shop or myself if there are any questions. I will be more than glad to answer all inquiries! For teams with larger orders or re-seller applications will receive discount pricing. Willing to ship world wide so please contact for quote. When one's thoughts get to meandering and said meanderings lead to Bavarian racing machines, BMW's M cars are often first to mind. But the first race car built on BMW's new F30 bones is actually a 335i. Given that the new car's stock turbo six cranks out power similar to that of the naturally aspirated screamer in the 2001-06 E46 M3, building a dedicated rennsport machine from a non-M 3-series doesn't seem like the great loss of opportunity it once could've been.

Kia has issued some more details and photographs of its new tallboy supermini alternative, the Soul. Kia calls the Soul 'a segment-busting urban crossover' model, but we'd pigeonhole it as an intriguing new rival to the likes of the Honda Jazz and Vauxhall Meriva, with a small dose of Mini charm thrown in for good measure. So what exactly is segment-busting about the Kia Soul?Is Kia right to label the Soul its value answer to the Mini?

This is the MG Concept 5, a Focus-sized five-door hatchback designed in the UK and making its debut at the 2011 Shanghai motor show. MG 5…so it’s smaller than the new MG 6, I take it? Yes.
