Sure enough, the UK importer didn't disappoint, with a (quite literally, we suspect) handful of madcap Scoobys aimed at those drivers for whom power is utterly addictive.   Citroen Hypnos Concept will be the basis for the new Citroen DS5 Update 12/2/2010: Citroen has now revealed the DS 4 in concept form as the Citroen DS High rider Concept. The publicity for the push by Citroen for a more up-market position in car buyers minds started in earnest when details of the Citroen DS Inside Concept were first revealed back in February.
