This is a used but perfectly working Apexi NEO. The unit was permanently installed in an enclosure but has since been removed. There is epoxy residue on the sides and some on back as pictured. A video showing the unit working perfectly is available but I do not believe I can post the link in the actual ad. I may have to message it to you so if you don't see it, just send a message.
