Here's a set of 4 brand new,  high quality reproduction "knock off " or "spinners" for your hubcap/wheel covers.

Correct for 1962 Chevrolet Impala SS cars (non-wire wheel covers).

These are the highest quality reproduction spinners on the market. They are licensed by General Motors restoration parts. Cast with original dies, with the correct GM part number "3815101" and "62" date code on the back of each part.

These have the correct chrome plating and depth. Also has the correct shade of red, white, and blue paint on the front. Watch out for some manufacturers that use colors that are too bright.

But here's the test. Each of these spinners weighs 13.2 ounces as called for in GM specs. There are cheaper spinners out there, but they're often made in China and lighter weight. This will cause durability and chrome depth issues for you in the long run.
