This auction is for: (1) NEW Comp SBC Roller Cam 688"@1.6/653"@1.5 Dur262/268 (24) I was just able to acquire several Solid Tappet & Solid Roller Camshafts from Grove Machine(big racing engine builder). From what I can see,, they all look to be in very Good used - New condition,,, but you need to look at the pics & decide for yourself. Since most of the have their spec cards, just see the pics for the info you're looking for. These are not generic, cheapie camshafts some are selling, but instead good quality brand name cams that are very expensive when new, so you can save a lot of $$ here. (USA ONLY)I can ship up to 4 cams in the same flat-rate box(but I may have to modify the cam box itself to do this) so if you buy more than one cam, let me send you a corrected invoice. (USA ONLY, due to weight limit, only 2 per box internationally) This cam has Std. 1.868" cam journals. The full shortlist of nominees for the 2014 World Car Design of the Year Award are: BMW i3; Cadillac CTS; Citröen C4 Picasso; Lexus IS; Mazda3; Mercedes-Benz C-Class; Volkswagen XLR1; Cadillac ELR; Range Rover Sport and Volkswagen XL1. As in previous years for the World Car Design of the Year award, a panel of five design experts reviews all candidates before writing up recommendations for the jury of 69 international automotive journalists to consider.
Helicopter crashes while filming driverless Audi
Fri, 17 Sep 2010A helicopter crashed near the summit of Pike's Peak in Colorado on Friday while filming a test run of Audi's self-guided vehicle. Local media reports say the pilot is in critical condition and that the three passengers are stable. The crew was filming Audi's autonomous TTS as part of a project to ascend Pike's Peak, just west of Colorado Springs, Colo., in order to demonstrate the abilities of advanced driverless and GPS systems.

Fri, 10 Jan 2014VL This is the new face of the Fisker Karma, the luxury plug-in hybrid whose parent company went to the wall last year. But it’s not only the Karma’s gap-toothed grin that’s disappeared: its plug-in hybrid powertrain has bitten the dust, too, replaced by a GM-sourced V8 – a supercharged lump boasting 638hp and 640lb ft. Called the VL Destino, the wilder Karma will be shown at this month’s North American International Auto Show, aka the Detroit Motor Show.
