If immediate replacement is needed, you will need to purchase a new item and refund issued once item is received back and claim is approved.

Shipping damage claims must be reported within 5 days of arrival. Items will be subject to inspection by the carrier for approval and replacement of merchandise.  Please inspect the parts immediately after receiving your order.

Refused or undeliverable shipments will be subject to return freight, handling charges and 25% restocking fee.

Limited One Year Warranty

Modifications or alterations to the product or use for other than the intended application will void the warranty.

Physical damage or the use of improper coolant will not be covered. Claims for Labor, related supplies or any expense other than the replacement of the defective product is not covered and will not be honored.

Warranty is not transferable and extended to the registered vehicle owner only at the time of installation. Warranty returns are subject to inspection and products returned with obvious signs of neglect or improper installation will not be covered under warranty.

Customers wishing to file a warranty claim will be required to provide a copy of the original purchase receipt and picture of the warranty item to include the defective area and warranty sticker. Defective parts may need to be returned for physical inspection at our discretion.

Customers may purchase a replacement part while the claim is being processed. Once the claim inspection process has been finalized and defect confirmed a refund of the purchase price paid will be issued.

Conditions not covered under warranty:

o   Expanded or blown tubes from excessive system pressures.

o   Units retuned with modifications or repairs of any type.
