ORDERING INFORMATION
Please make sure that you order the correct parts you need.  It is the ultimate responsibility of you (the buyer/consumer) to confirm in advance that such part(s) will fit your vehicle.  A 20% re-stocking charge pertains to all returned parts ordered incorrectly.  Restocking fee may be waived if return is accompanied by a new order with a value of $30.00 or more than the returned order.  Parts that have been installed, painted, plated, etc. will not be acknowledged for return.  Electrical parts are non-refundable.

All OEM-AUTO-PARTS products are guaranteed to be free of defects in materials and workmanship.  This guarantee is negated in the event of misuse, neglect, improper installation or misdiagnosis.  Electrical parts are non-refundable.  OEM-AUTO-PARTS reserve the right to exchange any electrical item after it is returned and inspected by us.  All suspected defective item must be authorized prior to return; they must have a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number, the original invoice, a brief description of the problem ("defective" is not sufficient) and customer must prepay shipping.
Note: Due to the variances in the manufacture of after-market products and/or original equipment, production run changes, multiple suppliers of the same product(s) and almost limitless options for such parts, it is the ultimate responsibility of you (the buyer/consumer) to confirm in advance that such part(s) will fit your vehicle.

SALES TAX
California residents must include State Sales Tax.  If you are an automotive parts business and/or you have a tax number, please include it on a tax card with your order.

PAYMENT
OEM-AUTO-PARTS only accepts PAYPAL and PAYPAL Credit Cards.  Please contact us for more information regarding the payment options.

SHIPPING
Shipping and handling fee is added to all orders shipped.  The standard fee is listed include insurance up to the purchase value.  However, oversized items and certain destinations will be higher.  Express shipping is available at an extra cost.  OEM-AUTO-PARTS uses FedEx in most cases.  FedEx will not ship to a post office box.

NOTE: If the address to which your order is being shipped differs from your billing address, simply put a note on your account authorizing purchases that are delivered to a destination other than your billing address.  Failure to do so may delay the processing of your order.

The quoted shipping prices are within the 48 states only.  APO/FPO addresses, Hawaii, Alaska, Puerto Rico, etc. are higher, please inquire.

INTERNATIONAL BUYERS
Please Note: Import duties, taxes and charges are NOT included in the item price or shipping charges.  These charges are solely the buyer’s responsibility.  Please check with your country’s customs office to determine what these additional fees will be prior to bidding/buying.  We use USPS for all international shipping.

DAMAGE/SHIPPING CLAIMS
Make sure you inspect all packages in the presence of the driver/carrier.  If you receive a package that has been damaged or opened, make a claim with the driver/carrier at that time.  All claims of loss concealed damaged, damage or other destruction must be made by you with the carrier.  Save all boxes and packing materials, as the carrier may want to inspect it.  This is a Fed Ex shipping policy.  Any shortages not the fault of the carrier must be reported within 4 days of receiving order.  No exceptions!!!

EXCHANGES, RETURNS & REFUNDS
100% Satisfaction Guarantee: If you are not satisfied with your purchase, return it to us within 14 days of receipt of your order for a full refund (less original shipping charges).  Returned items must be in original (new) condition, with associated packaging.  Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.  Once the product is received by us we will issue a refund for the merchandise amount.  We cannot refund original shipping charges.  Include item # with package.

Skoda has revealed prices and specifications for the new Octavia which will cost from £14,990 rising to £23,240. The new Skoda Octavia – Skoda’s new Octavia built on the new VW Golf platform – was revealed last month and goes on sale in March, so Skoda have had their abacus out to work out how much they want for a piece of new Octavia action. Starting point is the Octavia 1.2 TSi S which will cost £15,990, with the cheapest diesel – the Octavia 1.6 TDI S – starting at £18,040 and the range topping out with the Octavia 2.0 litre diesel Elegance at £23,240.

The new owners of Saab have reportedly been in negotiations with the organising body behind the World Rally Championship and hope to sign a deal to compete with their upcoming 9-1 small car.After the mass departure of many of the main players a few years ago, the WRC looked down and out. However, the 2012 season is shaping up to be a return to form.
