Unfortunately, the winning bidder might be disappointed to find out that in real life it doesn’t make anywhere near the 900hp claimed in the film, instead running a stock 420hp. Two new Hyundai transmissions boost mpg
Mon, 06 Dec 2010Hyundai will introduce dual-clutch and continuously variable transmissions to models for the United States as early as next year as it seeks to become a leader in fuel efficiency, a top executive says. This will be the first application of a dual-clutch transmission for Hyundai. The transmission--which uses two clutches to shift a manual gearbox as if it were an automatic--is more efficient than either a traditional manual or automatic gearbox.
Tesla creating 100-station EV charging network in U.S.

The fast chargers will be able to deliver three hours of highway driving range with a 30-minute charge. The service is available for free to Tesla owners.
