The new Hyundai got off to a good start when VW’s boss complained it was too well made, and since then Hyundai has gone on to prove that point by letting a ‘Flange’ of Baboons loose on the new i30 without any significant harm – to baboons or the i30. Tue, 31 May 2011General Motors has announced a change within its Global Design organization that will effectively see Bryan Nesbitt and Ken Parkinson switch roles from August 1 this year. Bryan Nesbitt, who has been executive director North American Exterior Design and Global Architecture Strategy, has been appointed vice president of GMIO Design. The appointment will see Nesbitt relocate to Shanghai, China, and serve as the lead voice for Design in the GMIO region.
Paul Walker crash 'caused by speed'
Wed, 26 Mar 2014CRASH INVESTIGATORS have determined that the Porsche carrying "Fast & Furious" star Paul Walker was travelling at approximately 90mph when it lost control on a California street and smashed into a light pole, killing the actor and his friend. A person who has reviewed the investigators' report said that it concluded unsafe driving, not mechanical problems, caused the crash. The report says driver Roger Rodas was going between 81mph and 94mph when his 2005 Porsche Carrera GT began to drift as it lost control after coming out of a curve.
