The Land Rover Discovery XXV (pictured) celebrates 25 years of the Discovery The Land Rover Discovery was launched 25 years ago as a ‘Lifestyle’ Land Rover product complete with funky interior from Jasper Conran. And now, with the Discovery 4 nearing the end of its life, Land Rover is commemorating that anniversary with a special edition model – the Land Rover Discovery XXV Special Edition. The Discovery XXV is based on Land Rover’s top spec Disco – the HSE Luxury – and comes in a choice of four colours - Causeway Grey, Santorini Black, Fuji White and Indus Silver – with Narvik Black for the grill surround and door mirrors and Dark Atlas on the grill and vents.

GM cuts Facebook ad spending, but Ford steps on the gas

On the eve of Facebook's wildly anticipated initial public stock offering, General Motors said May 15 that it will stop buying advertisements on Facebook--about $10 million a year--but "remains committed" to the social network as part of "an aggressive content strategy with all our products and brands." In other words, GM will not pay Facebook for ads but will continue to maintain content, for which Facebook doesn't collect revenue. News of the decision was reported in The Wall Street Journal. But GM's position is far from universal.

2013 Range Rover Leaks

We have the first photo of the 2013 Range Rover ahead of an official reveal and debut at the Paris Motor Show in September. UPDATE: It seems there are copyright issues with the photo we have of the 2013 Range Rover (the photo was not leaked by Land Rover as some may have suspected)  so Land Rover has requested we take it down. We have therefore acquiesced.
