New condition, Ford Engineering, billet aluminum, SBF, Sprint Cup, NASCAR, Roush Yates Racing, Lowest Ground Clearance, 4.5" depth, road race, segmented, integral main cap girdle (uses splayed cap bolting design on the 3 central cap locations), dry sump oil pan with steel protective cover x 2 for all SBF and Roush Yates engines, which can handle a moderate increase in stroke, 3.500", never used! This is the lowest ground clearance dry sump pan available, very lightweight set-up (eliminating main caps), and because of better segmentation of cylinder pairs made 30-40mm Hg more negative crankcase pressure and was responsible for significantly more torque. This is for the narrow main, lightest weight crankshaft blocks! I have other parts to complete this system not included in this auction but available. There are none of these left, now that Ford has gone to the FR-9 engine program!

A 1961 E-Type, one of the earliest ever made and confirmed as chassis number 40, was discovered just a few weeks ago in a garage near Le Mans by Coys auction house, which will also complete the sale. The car hasn’t moved since it was left in the garage in 1974, although Coys claims the engine was last started five years ago and it still turns over freely.
