Items are not returnable if they are not in the original sealed container/packaging. Any returns from orders that qualified for free shipping where the total value of the return is more than 50% of the total original sale, the appropriate shipping cost will be deducted from the return credit. For example, if your original sale total was $100.00, and you return $55.00 worth of parts, the original cost to ship those parts to you will be deducted from the credit. Assuming it cost $10.00 to ship the parts, you would get a credit of $45.00.
Every item we carry has a 1 year warranty (unless the full part description states otherwise) from the date of the original purchase. Warranty claims will not be honored for parts that were damaged due to misuse or incorrect installation. Warranty claims for A/C related items must include a copy of a repair order that shows the item was installed by a qualified a/c technician. A/C compressor warranty claims must also include a reciept for a new receiver drier (the drier does not need to be purchased from eEuroparts.com®). Warranty claims are honored on an exchange basis only. eEuroparts.com® is not liable for any incidental expenses resulting from a defective item.

Repeated references to the Nurburgring during the press conference at the launch of the new SEAT Leon Cupra strongly suggest that the 280hp hot hatch has broken the front-wheel drive lap record. SEAT is waiting until the 2014 Geneva Motor Show before saying any more, but has already hinted that its new Leon Cupra is significantly faster than the current Renaultsport Megane record holder. Honda is recalling 36,656 of its 2006- and 2007-model-year Civic hybrids to replace the DC-to-DC convertor. The converter may fail and cause the engine to stall and the headlamps to malfunction. The DC-to-DC converter is part of the Integrated Motor Assist hybrid-control system, according to Honda.

Chevrolet has released a sketch of their WTCC Ultra concept that will be unveiled at the Paris Motor Show in three weeks. Styled by Ewan Kingsbury of GM Australia, who also worked on the Holden Torana, the concept was further developed in Europe to produce a fully working prototype, while the engine comes from Korea and the body from Japan. The international collaboration demonstrates the breadth of GM's resources, and has resulted in Chevrolet's vision of a new generation of World Touring Cars.
