 New old stock ignition switch assembly. Ferrari part # 127298. This is a new unused switch with three original folding keys. These have been unavailable from the dealer for many years! Technically correct for US and other variants with a seat belt buzzer output but will work in many Ferrari models that used the Neiman switches in the 1970's and 1980's.

Companies work with racing technology to improve child safety seats

The same technology that saved IndyCar driver Simona De Silvestro from serious injury in a recent crash at the Indianapolis Motor Speedway might soon be helping protect children in car seats. Dorel Juvenile Group, a car-seat manufacturer, is partnering with racing-product developers at Bald Spot Sports to use cockpit material that insulates racers from crashes in child-safety technology. Dorel makes child-safety items under brand names such as Safety 1st and Cosco.

Tucked in a corner alongside a rally car concept, the funked-up Fabia had a silver roof and door mirror caps; although not yet officially confirmed for production, officials reckon the new look will make it to showrooms, unlike a Fabia Scout faux-by-four, which was ruled out. The Fabia goes on sale in May for around £8000.

Bieber pleads guilty

POP SUPERSTAR Justin Bieber has pleaded guilty to charges of careless driving and resisting arrest seven months after he was held in Miami Beach following what police initially called a drag race. The 20-year-old pop star's plea deal with prosecutors, detailed at a court hearing, includes a 12-hour anger management course, a £30,000 charitable contribution and fines. The deal allows Bieber to avoid a driving under the influence conviction.
