Here is a brand new, sealed in the bag, Original Honda/Acura thermostat. This has been repackaged by Sterling Motor Cars with their label.  I am also including a gasket for the thermostat.

This thermostat will fit many Honda and Acura models from 1984 to 2012.  It will fit all Sterling car models. It will also fit some Ford, Toyota, Daihatsu, Mazda and Merkur models.

A bad thermostat can cause your engine to overheat, resulting in catastrophic engine failure.  A bad thermostat can also cause your engine to run too cold, adding carbon buildups, low fuel economy and poor heat in the passenger compartment.  A poor quality thermostat can make it difficult for any trapped air bubbles to escape the engine, causing intermittent overheating.  Poor quality thermostats can also result in erratic temperature control or a short lifespan.  My OEM thermostats usually last 10 years or more.

Daihatsu Sonica

Tue, 20 Jun 2006

Daihatsu launched the Sonica yesterday, a small hatchback for Japan. Designed in Osaka, the Daihatsu Sonica furthers the goal of parent company Toyota Motor Corporation to make the brand synonymous with small affordable cars. Distinguished by a long wheelbase and short overhangs, the one-box Sonica should live up to its description of having a 'spacious and comfortable' interior.

Fiat challenges RCA students to design the 500 or Panda of 2020

Thu, 03 Oct 2013

Fiat is challenging Vehicle Design students at London's Royal College of Art to explore how the Fiat 500 and the Panda might look in 2020 in a new contest called ‘Two of a Kind'. 14 teams of four students from across all design disciplines are asked to design innovative exterior and interior proposals taking interactivity, digital interface, sustainability and global appeal in account, using the Fiat design language as a starting point. The Master's students will be supported by six lectures at the RCA from some of the carmaker's top designers, such as head of design (Europe, Middle East and Asia regions) Roberto Giolito and head of global design Lorenzo Ramaciotti.

Honda FCEV hydrogen Concept teased for Los Angeles Auto Show

Mon, 11 Nov 2013

Honda FCEV hydrogen Concept teased for Los Angeles Auto Show Car makers are all starting to vie for a piece of the hydrogen-powered market for road cars that is starting to develop, and Honda is now joining the fray with the Honda FCEV Concept. The Toyota FCV has already been revealed as debuting at the Tokyo Motor Show and now Honda are in on the act with their own FCEV heading for a debut at Los Angeles later this month. Honda say the FCEV Concept previews a 2015 production model for the US and Japan – and other markets later – and comes more than a decade after Honda first started leasing hydrogen fuel cell cars to a handful of fleet users.
