The updated design provides easier access to gas valves and changeover valves. It fits 20 pound or 30 pound steel double tanks. Tabs on bottom edge provide easy cover retention. Accountants are busy with the calculators right now but sources reckon it’s looking increasingly likely that both the 2+2 coupe and convertible will be in UK showrooms by early next year. A 2.4-litre 162bhp four backed by a five-speed gearbox kicks off the range, supplemented by a 263bhp 3.8-litre V6.
2014 Corvette Stingray sales start limited to 900 Chevy dealers
Mon, 01 Apr 2013When the redesigned 2014 Chevrolet Corvette Stingray begins rolling off the assembly line in Bowling Green, Ky., in late summer, only about 900 of Chevrolet's 3,000-plus dealers will get cars. Last week, General Motors confirmed to Chevy dealers which ones had qualified to sell the Stingray at launch. Those dealerships can begin ordering the car in the next few weeks.
