Return Policy

• For all returns and exchanges, contact us to get an RMA number. The RMA # needs to be requested before the part is returned.
   
• Customers are responsible for return shipping charges.
   
• There will be 20% shipping and restocking fee for returned items in case of change of mind or wrong order. Please make sure you order the correct part before placing your order. If you have any questions please message me.
   
• Returns IN NEW ITEMS accepted in 14 days ONLY if they have NOT been installed and are in the same condition as when they were shipped. If you send the Stator with missing parts or if it is damaged the item CANNOT be returned.

Shipping Policy

• We use PayPal information as the base for shipping addresses. If the item is returned back to us due to an incorrect address, then customers are responsible for paying the second shipment.
   
• Most orders are shipped out within 24 hours after receiving a cleared PayPal payment.
   
• We process and ship orders Monday through Friday. Customer service is available between 8 am through 4pm Monday through Friday, US Pacific Time.
   
• A tracking number will be sent to all customers after the item is shipped.
   
• It usually takes 2-4 business days for delivery of packages, but it’s not guaranteed due to the shipping company
