Item Information:

All of our postings use photos of the actual item; we never use stock photos with the exception of media or video games…so you will always be able to see what you’re buying! By purchasing the item you understand this and agree to it.  Please look at photos very closely and assume nothing.  If you have a question, please ask.   All items are tested to the best of our ability and we are not expects on every item.   If you are not technically inclined, “WE ARE NOT YOUR COSTOMER SUPPORT”.  We will always try helping you if we can, but we don’t always have the answer or the one you want to hear. 

Shipping:

No item will ship until payment clears PayPal and has been deposited into my personal account.  Your payment is the funds needed to ship your item. Shipping and handling for all orders are via USPS Priority Mail, USPS First Class Mail or UPS Ground Mail depending on the size or weight of the item. We do not work for the post office, and make no guarantees on the shipping time frame from the USPS or UPS.  UPS Packages cannot be shipped to a PO Box. All tracking numbers are recorded with 24 hours of shipping and can be accessed right after shipping by logging into your eBay. I update shipping and then within 1 day will at the tracking. We have a 1-2 workday handling time after cleared payment. If an item is damaged in shipping the claim must be made by the buyer if shipped USPS. If an item is damaged in shipping the claim must be made by us if shipped UPS.

Note shipping time starts upon receiving payment.  Weekends and U.S. holidays’ are not counted as part of the ship time.

 Payment:

Payment via PayPal only. Payment is due immediately after close auction.  Please contact us if you are unable to pay within the 2 day period time. We want to work with you. After 4 days eBay will open an unpaid item claim against your eBay user ID.  

Returns:

All items are “as is” and no returns.  Note: We always try to accurately describe and have original photos that represent the item you are buying. However if there is ever an issue that arises that was not disclosed we do offer refunds within 14 days. Please note that items must be returned in the original sale condition, if there is any difference we can’t offer a refund. We would be very happy to work with you to resolve any problems and refund the cost of the item however we do not refund shipping costs. If an item is return and it is determined that it was solely, “buyer remorse”, the buyer will be emailed and shipped back the item at their expense.   If the buyer refused to pay the shipping for the return of the item, after 30 days it will be deemed  abandoned.

Please be advised that we may not be able to answer your eBay question if it is sent after normal business hours, holidays or weekends. Please give us 24-48 hours to respond to messages sent due to the high volume of messages we receive. We will not respond/answer to other forms of email sent to us. We are not experts on some items.
