Our spools are available with your choice of gear ratio, 3.50:1 to 7.33:1. Please reference the purple bar above for the ratio being sold on this page. Other ratios and spool options available below.

Available options include machining of the yoke to accept Chevy/GM U-joint (add 910-48339) and lightening of the ring gear to remove weight (add 916-00013; 5.37:1, 6.66:1, 6.83:1, 7.00:1 ratios are already lightened).
Notes:
WARNING: Circle track racing applications require a minimum of 4 qts. of rear end lube. Using less than this amount will lead to immediate pinion failure which voids all warranties.

Camaro plant gets more work; recall issued

The strong early demand for the Chevrolet Camaro has General Motors looking to crank more units out of the Oshawa, Ontario, assembly plant. The Oshawa plant was exempt from GM's recent announcement of shutdowns of as long as nine weeks for several of its plants--primarily those that build pickups and SUVs. Oshawa will increase Camaro output by adding overtime and an extra week to the plant's production schedule.
