You are bidding on a brand new 250 watt Tire Groover which is great for use on almost any tire, including Circle track racing, Mud bogging, Rock crawling, Motorcycles, ATV's, etc.  This also includes a deluxe set of blades and matching brass heads, which should cover almost any use.  With this groover, you have to use the matching head with each different size of blades.  Don't let others sell you the blades without the head to go with it.
