Wed, 02 Apr 2014Jaguar’s F-Type Coupe British Villains launches in the UK With the new Jaguar F-Type Coupe about to hit UK roads in the hands of its first customers, Jaguar is ramping up the marketing for the stunning F-Type Coupe as it seeks to get the message across that ‘It’s Good to be Bad’ (#GoodToBeBad). As we reported in January, Jaguar has enlisted the services of Sir Ben Kingsley, Tom Hiddleston and Mark Strong to play a trio of British Villains in an advert for the new F-Type Coupe, which debuted at the Super Bowl earlier this year. Hyundai global design teams develop 'My Baby' internal project contest ideas
Thu, 04 Jul 2013Hyundai has revealed the designs submitted for its 'My Baby' global internal design project. The project – a biennial contest that started in 2008 – asked the carmaker's design teams to use ‘new thinking' to preview a future without technological or manufacturing limits. Hyundai designers from bases in Korea, the USA, China, Japan, Europe and India were also tasked with reinterpreting and developing the carmaker's ‘Fluidic Sculpture' design language.

Thu, 17 Sep 2009The Ford Focus BEV Proitotype has been revealed at Frankfurt Ford are intent on bringing an electric car to the market as soon as possible, and intend starting trials of the Focus BEV in the New Year. The Focus BEV has been developed to participate in the ‘Ultra Low Carbon Vehicles’ ( a real misnomer) demonstration next year. The Focus BEV is driven by a 100KW electric motor which is powered by a 23kwh lithium-ion battery pack developed by Vauxhall’s new owner, Magna.
