BMW M5 Nighthawk special edition revealed in Japan

The special run of just 10 examples will feature a matte paint BMW calls "Frozen Black," which will extend to the 20-inch wheels fitted on the car. Other custom touches will include a blacked-out grille, with the Frozen black paint on a number of exterior details.
Toyota's incoming chairman wants new Supra
Thu, 13 Jun 2013Toyota Motor Corp.'s incoming chairman said he wants the sports car the company is developing with BMW to be a midsized vehicle comparable to the discontinued Supra. Toyota's next sports car should be like the Supra so that it doesn't overlap with the 86 coupe, Takeshi Uchiyamada said in an interview today in Osaka at a gathering of members of the Keidanren, Japan's biggest business lobbying group. Still, such decisions are up to engineers, Uchiyamada said.

Students are tasked with creating a design that fulfills one of the following four briefs, which this year have been set by Volkswagen and Peugeot: Pay as you go (set by Volkswagen) Design a pay-as-you-go vehicle.
