Shipping

Order Processing & Handling:
All orders begin processing either same or next business day. Any orders placed after 5pm ET will be processed on the next business day. We are closed every Saturday, Sunday, and for all US holidays. Orders that can be fulfilled immediately from our warehouse will normally ship out within 1-2 business days. We try our best to keep our inventory as stocked as possible, however not all items are in always stock and may need to be ordered from the manufacturer/distributor prior to shipping and may require an additional 3-5 business days for processing. If we estimate your order will take 5+ business days before shipping we will do our best to notify you ahead of time.


Shipping and Handling Charges:
Shipping prices are flat rate. Hawaii, Alaska, and international orders may have an increase in shipping costs. We will notify you directly if there is an increase in the shipping charge for your order prior to billing and shipping. 

Domestic Shipments: 
Packages are shipped via USPS or UPS to the lower 48 states. APO/FPO, P.O. Boxes and shipments to Alaska and Hawaii will be shipped strictly via USPS. Tracking information will be provided to you as soon as the item leaves our warehouse.

International Shipments: 
All international orders are shipped via USPS. All International orders are subject to inspection and clearance through customs. We are not responsible for any taxes, duties or fees incurred. Buyer is responsible for knowing their countries specific policies/procedures.

If a special shipping method is required please call us and let us let us know as soon as possible and we will be happy to assist you.

Returns:
All returns must be postmarked no later than 14 days from the original customer shipment date. Returns and exchanges must be in new condition and must include all instructions and original packaging materials. Customer pays all return shipping charges. Please include a copy of your packing list with all returns. Original shipping and handling charges are not refundable. All returns must be pre-authorized by us and are subject to a 20% re-stocking fee. These amounts will be deducted from the original amount billed and the remaining balance will be credited back to the same account/card used for initial payment. 

Return Shipping Instructions: 
Return via prepaid UPS or USPS. Please insure shipment for full value of purchase. Use original packaging. We are not responsible for packages lost during return shipping.

SEMA adds four to hall of fame

The Specialty Equipment Market Association is adding four names to its hall of fame: Gray Baskerville, Art Chrisman, Chris Economaki and John Towle. The SEMA Hall of Fame recognizes those who have especially helped foster the growth of the special-equipment automotive industry. -- Baskerville was senior editor of Hot Rod magazine for 30 years, though his writing is what really secured his ticket to the hall.

Consumer Reports gets top vehicle picks mostly right

Despite the publication's uncomfortably broad definition of reliability -- it spans everything from "the engine fell out" to "the touchscreen display shows fingerprints too easily" -- automakers still clamor to get on the Consumer Reports recommended vehicle list. This year's winners cover a broad spectrum of vehicles, and for the most part, we're in agreement with the magazine's editors, with one significant exception at the top of the list. Best overall vehicle went to the Tesla Model S.

We’ve had spy video of the new Bentley Continental Flying Spur out testing and looking,  certainly at first glance, just like a Mercedes S Class. But that’s just Bentley’s take on the usual swirly camouflage.
