“Powerhead is in good used condition and came from an engine with lower unit issues. Powerhead had great compression across the board.. All components on this powerhead are in good used condition. Some light and average cosmetic wear here and there. Powerhead is from freshwater use only. What I have up for purchase here is a good used OEM Mercury 2cyl powerhead assembly, just pulled from a 1984 Mercury 35hp outboard that we are parting out and used on many of the 1970s thru late 1980s Mercury 35hp and 40hp models. This powerhead would be perfect for the guy who fixing up a vintage outboard and looking for a period or model correct OEM parts or for the guy who is looking for good used powerhead to get that older outboard back on the water. For the BUY IT NOW of $209.99 you cant go wrong. New this assembly thru Merc is very expensive so dont pass up our great price. Now here's what you will get,

(1)OEM Mercury 2cyl 35hp powerhead assembly and shown above. Powerhead has a Merc part number of 7940A2 on the cylinder block and 9073A1 on the crank.....

Now as noted, this powerhead was pulled from a 1984 35hp, but this style powerhead was used on many of the 1970s and 1980s 35hp and 40hp (2cyl) models and possibly other outboard years and models, but please check your parts manual or dealer for more applications and fit.

Students at the Royal College of Art recently celebrated the culmination of two years of study by presenting their final projects at the college's annual MA degree show. With a wide range of projects investigating form language for existing brands, sustainability and some even bordering on fine art, the degree show featured the works of 15 students. Here is a synopsis of their projects: Volkswagen Concerto Hong K Yeo Yeo's Volkswagen Concerto concept earned him the prestigious Pilkington Best Design Interpretation award, which was presented by David Wilkie.

Auto enthusiast YouTube channel XCar recently interviewed Charles Morgan, managing director of Morgan Motor Company, about the British car company, its AeroMax coupe and “automotive theater.” Morgan joined the family business in 1985. His father ran the company before him and his father, Henry Frederick Stanley Morgan founded the company in 1910. Morgan says he thinks that the Aeromax -- which happens to be his daily driver -- is one of the most beautiful cars in the world.

Bentley SUV (Falcon/EXP 9 F) to launch in Q1 2016 But we do know Bentley want to create a new niche with their SUV, that they will be investing heavily at Crewe to make the SUV – creating many new jobs in the process – and that it will launch at some point in 2016. But now we know Bentley plan to launch their SUV in Q1 2016 after Bentley’s Chris Buxton, Regional Manager for Middle East, Africa and India, told Indians Auto Blog: We are launching it in the first quarter of 2016. So I think between now and then it might get underground a little bit as we develop it and then closer to launch you will see what the car looks like.
