Nos 1940's Ford Vacuum Wiper Motor Kit on 2040-parts.com

Here is an NOS 1940's Ford Vacuum Wiper Motor Kit #1968-3a that includes the wiper motor, wiper blade, wiper arm vacuum hose manual control with knob and rod nut & Wedge/spacer and a bag with a vacuum tee and a couple more chrome parts.  It would probably work for a Jeep Cj as well.  Winning bidder to prepay bid and shipping of $14 in the states.  If other shipping needs to be done, please email me before you bid for an agreement.
