VERY RARE !! ... NOS ... new old stock adapter bracket part number 8C-18819 which allows you to put 1948 era Ford and Mercury car radios into 48-50 Ford trucks. The bracket is very heavy, original Ford part stamped in thick copper (see picture of backside). YOU wont see another one in this lifetime.
I believe it bolts on to and hangs under the dash maybe and holds the radio there. F1, F2, F3, F4, F5, F-1, F-2, F-3, F-4, F-5, Bonus Built 48-50 Ford truck. This auction is for the heavy stamped copper bracket in the picture and the nearly 70 year old original box only. The latest C7-generation Corvette drop-top uses the same mechanical package (big V8 up front, power sent to the rear wheels) as its fixed-head sister but adds an electrically-folding soft-top roof that you can lower remotely via pushing a button on the key fob. You can also drop the roof while on the move, at speed of up to 31mph.
