This is a new old stock (NOS) original GM 6.2 Diesel V8 engine cylinder head gasket correct for the following models:

1990 1991 Chevrolet and GMC R and V-1, 2 and 3 Truck and Suburban models with 6.2C or 6.2J Diesel V8
- 1990 1991 Chevrolet Blazer and GMC Jimmy models with 6.2C or 6.2J Diesel V8
- 1990 1991 Chevrolet and GMC G-1, 2 and 3 Van models with 6.2C or 6.2J Diesel V8
These are discontinued from GM and no longer available.
These are EXTREMELY RARE to find in NOS condition so be sure not to miss this one!
