THE FINE PRINT:

MERCHANDISE: Most of the items offered are estate sale finds and are antique or vintage. I will note and photograph every flaw (if any) that I find, and the photos are integral to the descriptions. That being said, condition of vintage items is always subject to opinion…I am happy to take additional photos or answer any questions you have prior to bidding. Additionally, I can make no claims as to any type of “free” environment (smoke, pets, etc.); if you have bad allergies please do not purchase from my listings.

PAYMENT: PayPal accepted… eBay has determined that all items should be paid within 3 days; if you win an auction, but need longer to pay, please just let me know. If I do not hear from you, I must file a non-paying bidder claim to recoup my fees from eBay.

SHIPPING: All items are shipped as inexpensively as possible and I charge only actual postage (within a few cents); postage is combined on multiple purchases. I do not quote shipping costs for items under one pound to allow for variances in packing material. ANY EXCESS POSTAGE PAID WILL BE REFUNDED AS SOON AS YOUR ITEM IS SHIPPED. All items are shipped within one business day M-F and with a tracking number in accordance with eBay requirements (which also serves as proof of delivery including shipments to unconfirmed addresses). You are always able to track your package through the USPS so please do not leave me a low seller rating when the post office takes their sweet time to deliver…If you need expedited delivery service please let me know before you pay so that the correct postage can be invoiced.

SHIPPING DAMAGE: If you require postal insurance, please advise prior to invoicing. In any other instance, insurance on shipments is at my discretion. If an item is damaged in shipping you will either be required to return it to me with all original packaging materials for a refund, or to comply with the requirements of the USPS for an insurance claim. (I do pack well – for all of my transactions only two items have been damaged.)

INTERNATIONAL: I ship worldwide and welcome my international customers. Shipping costs are determined by eBay based on weight and destination. As I am not familiar with customs and/or importation fees, I will not quote nor be responsible for the same. The customs form will state exactly what you purchased and the value will be the price you paid, and will serve as proof of shipment. (Please do not ask me to fudge on the customs form; that is a felony crime I will not commit.)

FEEDBACK: Positive feedback will be left upon your acknowledgement of receipt and satisfaction with your purchase.

RETURNS: If you need to return an item, contact me within 14 days of receipt so that we can arrange for return shipment and your refund. Any item returned must be returned in the condition sent and with all original packing materials. If your return is because I made a mistake in my listing, all costs will be refunded to you. If your return is simply buyer’s remorse, the cost of the item will be refunded less return shipping.

Galpin Auto Sports Reveals 1000-hp GTR1

Fri, 16 Aug 2013

As you read this, Beau Boeckmann of Galpin Auto Sports should be pulling the cover off the GTR1, a 1000-hp supercar based on the Ford GT. Right about now the 3000 guests of The Quail should be oohing and ahhing at the car's Aston Martin “lightning silver” paint and subtly muscled haunches, probably hearing about how G.A.S. swapped out the supercharger on the 5.4-liter V8 and replaced it with twin 61-mm turbochargers making almost double the horsepower of the stock car.

Eterniti Hemera updated; Eterniti Supercar teased

Sat, 17 Dec 2011

Eterniti Hemera - updated with a new nose and more back seat space Boutique car maker Eterniti has updated their Porsche Cayenne Turbo custom job – the Eterniti Hemera – before a launch in April 2012 at Beijing, and teased an Eterniti supercar. The Eterniti Hemera first showed itself at the Frankfurt Motor Show this year after a raft of enigmatic teases about a new luxury car brand. And when it turned up it looked just like the Porsche Cayenne Turbo on which it’s based, albeit with some Gemballa-esque mods.

BMW 7-series (2009) first pictures

Sat, 05 Jul 2008

By Ben Pulman First Official Pictures 05 July 2008 00:00 This is BMW’s fifth-generation 7-series, and despite looks inspired by the Concept CS, if we’re honest the new car doesn’t look much different from the old car. Worry not though, as there are plenty of technical highlights to surprise and delight. Rear-wheel steer, Efficient Dynamics technology, night-vision, unrestricted internet access, a revised iDrive system and an all-new 3.0-litre diesel engine stand out.
