This a NOS set of unused FOXCRAFT fenderskirts for a 1961 Ford.  They have the Foxcraft factory red oxide primer.  Both skirts have surface rust.  Both are very straight. The rust is just surface rust.  Once sanded, a light skim coat of filler or a few coats of high fill primer will take care of any light pitting.
